MycoSHENTEK® Mycoplasma DNA Extraction Kit (2G) is used for extraction of trace mycoplasma DNA from master cell banks, working cell banks, virus seed  banks, and complex matrices such as 107 cells/mL culture, 5% human albumin culture solution, or high-concentration plasmids, etc. It works with MycoSHENTEK® Mycoplasma Detection Kit (2G) for an integrated workflow from sample preparation to detection assay. The integrated system has been fully validated per European Pharmacopoeia Chapter 2.6.7 and Japanese Pharmacopoeia XVII, at a detection limit of 10 CFU/mL.
